General Shipping Information

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across India, partnering with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may extend during peak seasons or holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Post-processing, the estimated delivery time ranges from 6 to  10 business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to adhere to the estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or strikes may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor your shipments' status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We charge a Zero Rupees, regardless of the number of items purchased. This approach ensures transparency and affordability for our customers.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping and serve customers within India only.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging your products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at devtanakhienggworks@gmil.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s).
  2. Upon verification, we will arrange for the return of the product and provide a replacement.
  3. The return and replacement process may take up to 7 days, depending on the nature of the issue.
  4. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at devtanakhienggworks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. The time required for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lifetime Stools is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the courier has marked them as delivered. If you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbours or contacting the courier company directly. For further assistance, please reach out to us at devtanakhienggworks@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Lifetime Stools is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense.
